What warranty comes with my ebike?
Most ebikes we sell come with a manufacturer warranty of up to 2 years covering defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage varies by brand. See our Warranty Policy for details.

Do you offer financing?
Yes — we accept financing through Affirm, Klarna, and Shop Pay at checkout, subject to approval.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the continental United States, with Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories available upon request.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also log into your account on ebikeempire.com to view order status.

Are your ebikes street legal?
Most of our commuter and street-focused ebikes are Class 1, 2, or 3 and are street-legal in most U.S. jurisdictions. High-powered off-road models (electric dirt bikes) are intended for private property or closed courses only. Please confirm local laws before riding.
