eBike Empire was born out of a simple frustration: buying an ebike online was confusing, overpriced, and full of no-name brands with zero support. Broken bikes with no warranty. 6-week shipping from overseas warehouses. Customer service that never responded.
We wanted to build the store we'd want to buy from.
From our headquarters in Dalton, Georgia, we handpick every brand we carry — bikes we'd ride ourselves and hand to our own friends. We stock in the US, ship fast, and answer the phone when you call. No middlemen. No overseas warehouses. No mystery brands.
