1. How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog at ebikeempire.com/shop, select your bike, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details and payment, and you’re done. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at contact@ebikeempire.com or call (484) 859-8068. Once an order ships, our standard return policy applies.
3. Do you offer bulk or fleet discounts?
Yes. For orders of 3 or more bikes, we offer fleet pricing. Email contact@ebikeempire.com with the models you’re interested in and the quantity, and our team will respond with a custom quote within 1 business day.
4. Are the prices on the site in USD?
Yes, all prices on eBike Empire are in US Dollars (USD). We are a US-based company (Georgia LLC) and ship exclusively within the United States.
Shipping
5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free — on every order, to every US state including Alaska and Hawaii. No minimum order value, no hidden fees, no exceptions.
6. How long will my order take to arrive?
All bikes are in stock and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes 3–6 additional business days, for a total of 5–8 business days from order to delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
7. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. We ship free to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to AK and HI may take 1–3 additional business days beyond the standard estimate.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking email with a direct link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also use the Track Order link in our site footer at any time.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Warranty
10. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all bikes. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your bike within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free — we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. The bike must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
11. How do I start a return?
Email contact@ebikeempire.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and packing instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the bike.
12. What warranty comes with my bike?
Every bike sold by eBike Empire includes a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This covers the frame, motor, battery, controller, and electrical components under normal use. Wear items (tyres, brake pads, chains) and damage from misuse or accidents are not covered.
13. My bike arrived damaged. What do I do?
Photograph the damage (including the box) before unpacking further, then contact us at contact@ebikeempire.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required for transit damage.
About eBikes
14. What is the difference between Class 1, 2, and 3 eBikes?
- Class 1 — Pedal assist only, motor cuts off at 20 mph. Allowed on most bike paths.
- Class 2 — Throttle + pedal assist, motor cuts off at 20 mph. Great for flat commutes.
- Class 3 — Pedal assist only, motor cuts off at 28 mph. Faster commuting; check local trail rules.
Most US states treat Class 1 and 2 like regular bicycles. Always check your local laws before riding.
15. How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range varies by model, assist level, rider weight, and terrain. Our bikes range from roughly 35 miles (budget models on full throttle) to 110+ miles (long-range models like the Aventon Level.4 ADV on low assist). Each product page lists the manufacturer’s rated range.
16. Do I need a licence to ride an eBike in the USA?
For Class 1 and Class 2 eBikes, no licence, registration, or insurance is required in most US states. Class 3 eBikes may have age restrictions (typically 16+) in some states. Always verify the regulations in your state before riding.
17. Are the bikes UL certified?
Our Aventon lineup is UL 2849 certified for electrical system safety, covering the battery, charger, and motor. This is the gold standard for eBike safety in the US. Safety certification details are listed on each product page.
18. Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
Bikes arrive approximately 85–90% pre-assembled. You’ll typically need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat — about 20–40 minutes with basic tools. Each bike includes an assembly manual and video guides are available on the manufacturer’s website.

19. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.
20. Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site?
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, one of the world’s most trusted e-commerce platforms. All payment data is encrypted using industry-standard TLS and processed directly by the payment provider — we never see or store your card number.
21. When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged immediately at the time of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email right away. If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund is issued within 3–5 business days.
22. Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and view your order history — but it’s entirely optional.
