eBike Empire was founded in 2024 with a simple frustration: buying an electric bike online was confusing, overpriced, and full of no-name brands with zero support after the sale. Broken bikes with no warranty. Shipping that took six weeks from overseas warehouses. Customer service that never responded.
We wanted to build the store we would want to buy from ourselves.

We are an authorized online retailer of premium electric bikes and accessories. Every brand in our lineup has been selected for quality, safety certification, and long-term manufacturer support. We carry electric bikes for every type of rider, from daily commuters and cargo haulers to fat tire adventurers and off-road enthusiasts.
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Dalton, Georgia. We do not dropship. When you order from eBike Empire, your bike is inspected, packaged, and shipped by our own team. You get free shipping to all 50 states, a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse, and a real person to call if anything goes wrong.
