Your Cityscape 2.0 arrives partly assembled in a single box, along with the charger, a tool kit and a quick-start guide. Fitting the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat takes most riders around 20–30 minutes. If you'd rather not do it yourself, any local bike shop can finish the build for you.

How far can I ride on one charge?
The 468Wh battery is rated for up to 50 miles on a single charge. Real-world range depends on your weight, the terrain, which pedal-assist level you use and how often you use the throttle — hills, headwinds and cold weather will all shorten it.
What size rider does it fit?
The low step-through frame suits riders from roughly 5'1" to 6'3", and the seat height adjusts to fine-tune your fit. Maximum combined rider-and-cargo load is 264 lbs (120 kg).
Can I ride it in the rain?
Yes. The Cityscape 2.0 is IP65 water resistant and the UL-certified battery includes smart BMS protection, so light rain and wet roads are fine. Avoid submerging any part of the bike, never pressure-wash it, and dry the frame and charging port after a wet ride.
