How long does shipping take?

All in-stock electric bikes ship within 5 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping is free to all 50 US states. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes. Every electric bike comes with a 30-day risk-free trial. If it is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free return and full refund.

What warranty comes with my bike?

Every electric bike sold at eBike Empire is backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing through Affirm, Klarna, and Shop Pay at checkout, subject to approval by those providers.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes. We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii at no additional shipping cost.

Can I visit your warehouse in person?

Our Dalton, Georgia location is a warehouse and fulfillment center and is not open for walk-in retail visits. All purchases are made through ebikeempire.com.

Are your bikes street legal?

Most of our commuter and road-focused electric bikes are Class 1, Class 2, or Class 3 and are street-legal in most US jurisdictions. High-powered electric dirt bikes and off-road models are intended for off-road or private property use only. Please verify local laws before riding on public roads.
